He walked two and struck out four. Kremer permitted nine runs on 13 hits in 12 1/3 innings in his previous two outings.Four Baltimore relievers combined to scatter three hits over four scoreless innings, preserving the win.Tampa Bay’s Junior Caminero had an RBI single among his two hits.Brandon Lowe also had two hits for the Rays, who saw their four-game winning streak come to a halt.The teams each scored a run before Cowser gave Baltimore the lead for good in the fifth inning.
