The New York Mets put starting pitcher Tylor Megill on the 15-day injured list Monday with a right shoulder strain.In a corresponding move, the Mets called up fellow right-hander Reed Garrett from Triple-A Syracuse.Megill underwent an MRI on Sunday after leaving his start against Milwaukee after 78 pitches.
