The New York Giants signed free agent defensive tackle Jordan Phillips on Thursday. Terms were not disclosed.Phillips, 31, has played in 120 games (62 starts) with three teams since breaking into the NFL in 2015.He registered 2.5 sacks, 15 tackles and five passes defended in 14 games (nine starts) with Buffalo last season.
