Washington Wizards forward AJ Dybantsa will miss his second straight game to begin the season due to a sprained left ankle.
Dybantsa, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2026 NBA Draft, has been ruled out of Friday’s home game against the Toronto Raptors.
He remains day-to-day with the injury sustained in the Oct. 16 preseason finale, head coach Brian Keefe said Thursday.
Dybantsa, 19, led the nation in scoring with 25.5 points per game during his lone college campaign at BYU in 2025-26.
The Wizards begin a three-game road trip on Saturday against the Chicago Bulls.
