Angel Martinez hit a two-run homer in the first inning to back 5 2/3 stellar innings from Luis L. Ortiz as the visiting Cleveland Guardians earned a 4-0 victory over the New York Yankees on Wednesday night.The Guardians won for only the third time in their past 11 regular-season visits to New York thanks to the duo of Martinez and Ortiz.Jose Ramirez doubled after Martinez went deep to extend his on-base streak to 30 games and scored on a two-out double by Daniel Schneemann.Kyle Manzardo added a homer in the eighth and Schneemann collected three hits after entering the game in a 4-for-28 slide over his previous 10 contests.Ortiz (3-6) allowed three hits in his second scoreless start this season. The right-hander struck out seven, walked three and got a pair of double plays both started by Ramirez at third base.Ortiz earned his first win since beating the Pittsburgh Pirates on April 18. The right-hander entered 0-4 with a 3.79 ERA in his previous seven outings.Ramirez started a double play on Anthony Volpe to end the second and then another double play on Ben Rice when the original was overturned following a Cleveland challenge.
