The New York Jets will entertain offers for the No. 3 pick in this year’s draft, general manager Mike Maccagnan told reporters Wednesday at the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis.”Right now, we feel good at No. 3, but I’d definitely say if there’s an opportunity to trade down, we would absolutely look at it,” Maccagnan said. “If we end up picking a player at three, we’ll feel really good. If there’s an opportunity for us to move back and acquire more picks, that’s something we’d definitely be potentially interested in.”It would have to be the right kind of deal, but I definitely wouldn’t rule anything out at this point in time.”Last year, Maccagnan and the Jets jumped from the No. 6 spot to No. 3 in order to draft quarterback Sam Darnold. This year, the New York Giants have the No. 6 pick and might be willing to deal for a chance to land a quarterback like Ohio State’s Dwayne Haskins.
